What about the +111 stamina trinket from hadronox in azjol nerub hc? Has that flat physical damage reduction which certainly would reduce a lot of damage in something like rogue/feral openers. I'm sure the spell power on the tbc trinket is probably better though because it's quite a lot for a lvl 70 trinket

I didn't quite understand the point about what to do if you have full brutal glad gear. Just use it until you get arena rating 1800?
