  1. It would be stupid for ths one to be protean since the last 7* raid was already libero which works the same plus they changed battle bond's effect this gen so it would make sense for this raid to showcase that…

  2. In theory, 3 Lucario with Screech and a 4th Lucario with Swords Dance and Earthquake could work if you're raiding with friends. Greninja isn't that physically bulky. Also the moment Greninja clicks a dark type attack, you get a Justified boost.

  3. I was running iron treads for the steel type immunity and the ground type stabs and with eletric terrain ground tera ad tera blast i would destroy it, but thats just me i never know the moves.

  4. I found the ultimate strat for a solo run with the strangest quaquavel build the world has ever seen. First the goal is to find a solo raid with one or two intimidate pokemon. Now click on surf. As you can see your allies are dead but the timer has still not decreased because they are npcs. After 5 seconds they will come back and intimidate will strike again. Oh yeah also Quaquavels Attack is now up three stages because of moxie. Greninja has also been chip damaged. Once your allies are back click on surf again, because surf is not physical greninjas shield doesnt activate yet. It just doesnt do enough damage to it. Your attack is literally maxed out and your terastallize button is already 2/3 charged. Now you go for aqua step on greninja. If im correct it will not quite kill but it will activate its shield. Because the tera raid pokemon have a terrible AI Greninja will clear itself from negative effects because of the attack drops. But what is that the terastallize button is ready?! Yes that is true since quaquavel already attacked three times. Now you go for aqua step tera water and greninja has been demolished. Oh yeah btw Greninja will always spam physical Gunk Shots on quaquavel because it resists water shuriken, dark pulse and blizzard. I dont think it will have extra sensory

    Quaquaval @ Life Orb
    Ability: Moxie
    Tera Type: Water
    EVs: 252 HP / 252 Atk / 4 SpD
    – Surf
    – Aqua Step
    – Protect
    – Roost

  5. This is just for organized groups, but I think I found a way to OHKO Greninja on turn 2 using only 3 pokemon, allowing a group to hard carry a 4th member.
Team is Cetitan, Medicham (with Pure Power), and any Screech + Helping Hand user, like Umbreon/Magnezone/Perrserker.
Turn 1 – Cetitan Belly Drum, Medicham Skill Swap targeting Cetitan, 3rd Pokemon use Screech
Turn 2 – Helping Hand, Helping Hand, Cetitan uses Earthquake for ~4000%+ dmg to Greninja
Cetitan is max attack, Adamant, with Sitrus Berry. Remaining EV spread depends on Greninja's build. For example, 252 Spe Def ensures you survive 2 Hydro Pumps from modest Greninja after Belly Drum + Sitrus Berry. Def investment if Greninja is physical/adamant to survive 2x Gunk Shot (which does more damage than Brick Break anyway).
Medicham is 252 HP, even split defensive EVs. With Careful Nature you survive 2x Hydro Pump from modest Greninja. Impish nature for physical Greninja. If Greninja has Acrobatics for whatever reason, just equip a Coba Berry.
Of course, if the 4th player just uses a defense cheer, you should be able to survive 2 hits even without the best defensive EV spreads.
This should also work with other strong Swords Dance + Earthquake users like Garchomp and Krookodile, although some many need Soft Sand + an attack cheer from the 4th player. But at least these can outspeed Greninja.

  6. Greninja has too wide a movepool to safely say which pokemon is best. Since it's always poison however, stored power is still very good. There are a lot of non-psychic types that learn it, so the list of pokemon that learn the move would be the first pokemon I consider.
