Some of y’all plats needa watch flakes no mechanics series
I have absolutely no mechanical ability. I can go up for ariels and win. But, I generally stick to reading the game and playing smart
I got to champ with out Ariel's for a month or two then dropped to D3
The twist here is how will they learn to aerial if they never go for it? It's ok to go for it and miss, that's how you learn, it's just a plat game, even if you loose it doesn't matter if you're improving from it. But obviously don't go for stuff you never even practiced and have no shot at pulling off.

Literally all you need to get out of plat is to be able to hit the ball at the goal and not ball chase, no aerials at all. To get out of diamond youll need to be able to also do basic aerials well and have decent reads.

Yep im diamond and i can only do simple aerials
I was silver then I never played the actual game only free play for a very long time. I jumped to champ with just aerial and ground mechanics. After that, it's just game sense.
I’ve made it to Champion (I’m normally stuck in D3) and I don’t know how to flip reset, musty, ANYTHING. I just play & my aerials are as followed, “use boost and point car up” lol

i think you should let players just play and let them figure out by them self. What works for me will not automatically work for you . Just learn and develop your own playstyle but mostly enjoy the Game 🙌🖤

hardstuck in d2 with decent aerials but still very inconsistent directional air roll control, shit is so hard to properly learn
i just reached champ 1 with no air dribble skills or basically no Arial Skills beside just flying high to reach some balls(i cant even do that fast flying thing)

I’m c2 and I don’t go for Ariel’s at all, I’ve never hit a air dribble in game and only a few double tabs
Am gold and I go for Ariel’s and air dribbles cuz Ik other gold players can’t block it
I’m Diamond and have good shadow defense. The only time I go for an ariel is when I have a shot at a goal.
I'm in C1 and I barely arieal. I obviously go for the ball in the air when I need to but I prefer to stick to the ground and go for banger flicks

I mean I get the improvement side of things to rank up but I like all the air stuff is a lot more fun

The key to getting above Plat is a good Party. Don’t play Randos.

A mate and me play 2s. Fast Ariel's are no problem. It's the intricate pap we can't do yet. We are hovering just below diamond. And our ground game is (usually) smashing all the plats trying to do crazy aerials.
