  1. This is the first one I've seen that I don't like. Please, for the love of the game, please don't discourage back post rotation lol. For lower level players (at least below champ) its do hard for people to learn to actually rotate, and I think going back post is best. Also a lot of people just sit in middle of the net. Of course there are scenarios you don't go back post, but that just comes from reading the gsme. I think in this specific scenario even id rather go back post

  2. When you are learning to read the play , rotate backpost. It gives you a easier to read POV while rotating back and if you see the shot coming , ofcourse you cut towards where the ball is going , but you should still rotate towards backpost before making that decision.

Just watched the latest episode which is more complete and better explained.

  3. He’s a coach guys. Not a pro player. He has an in depth understanding of the game. And coaches to improve literally thousands of peoples games. He literally runs the best and highest rated rl coaching program there is 😂

  4. The best way to learn:

You always want to clear the ball to a safe space, which is either an empty place on your side of the field, the other side of the field, or your teammate. This is where shadow defense comes in, because using this technique you are already facing the corner when you save the ball, so all you need to do is get a touch and it will be guided to a safe place. It's also why any post rotation is really useful when you're second man, again because if your teammate gets outplayed, you are in the perfect position to get the possession from the outplay/shot.

A last (and very useful) thing, is watching your replays. Do you feel like you got absolutely destroyed on a defensive situation? Just watch it back using freecam and try to see how you could have rotated better, or what your teammate should have done in their situation. Sometimes it's your teammates fault or it was just a good play by the opponents, but usually there are little mistakes you yourself make that lead to the goal a few seconds later.
