  1. QOTD: Zacian, Yveltal, Landorus-T, Venusaur, Grimmsnarl, Torkoal

Fun fact, I didn’t know that the Battle Ready mark changes all the moves on my Yveltal so I’m stuck with an Yveltal that has only Hurricane for STAB and no dark type moves. Still went 3 wins 1 loss today through lucky matchups lol

  2. QOTD: Zacian, Yveltal, Regieleki, Gothitelle, Lapras, and Rillaboom

Considered running Coalossal plus Brionne instead of Regieleki and Lapras, but then I'd have a hard time hitting Landorus. The Lapras has clay and Goth has Heal Pulse, which combined with a slower bulkier Zacian should make it hard to KO. Unless I run into a mon with Screen Cleaner or something…

  3. QOTD- my team is palkia, solgaleo, tornadus, Regielecki, Rillaboom and Latias. Did well for a bit and yeah there were some teams with no legendaries. But then I didn’t do so great and lost a bunch in a row. Ended at 1470ish

I realized light screen just completely invalidates my damage output. But need a way to figure out what to do. Either break screens, or set up my own screens but then I don’t have tail wind. :/ sad face

  4. Hey MoxieBoosted. Gg in Day two vs Brandon. That was me. I had that game won though if it wasn't for that freeze. But you played to your outs, you had to fish for that too win. Gg again, really hope it was on video.

  5. QOTD: I'm using Galarian Articuno (so stoked for its shiny!!).
I haven't played in game for a while so it was a bit of a thrown together team. My initial plan was to run Garticuno with Tailwind and to be an anti-Incin option and then run Zacian Kyogre with it. Unfortunately the Kyogre in my sword account is only level 20 (pogo transfer) and needs hyper training but I don't have any EXP candies🤦‍♂️.
So I abandoned that plan and added Calyrex Ice instead and added trick room to Garticuno

It's a hastily put together team with Zacian, Articuno, Calyrex, Incin, Amoongus and Thundrus and isn't especially great but I've gone 4 and 1 so far

Currently planning ways to use Galarian Zapdos and Moltres in the coming tournaments

  6. QOTD: Policy Yveltal, AV Solgaleo, Life Orb Mimikyu, Chandelure, Mienshao and Grimmsnarl.

The most notable thing so far for me in the International Challenge is that most people expect Mimikyu to be passive with Trick Room and activating weakness policy with Shadow Sneak on Solgaleo/Calyrex-Ice, but i find the surprising burst damage against things like Kyogre and Yveltal very useful in a best of 1.
