"Pvp Scaling being gone is amazing" for PvE players yeah or people who want to boost their fragile ego by stomping on lower geared players.
I don't think Gladiator titles should be account wide as they are seasonal titles. As for R1 titles, they should also be character specific.
I will never do those quests to unlock the allied races

Making r1 titles and gladiator title chatacter specific is a bad decision.
I think its just fine as it is, the mount proves your overall experience but you can't show off on your alts with a title which you haven't come close to get as another class. Maybe allow other alts of the same class to use it as well but not more than that.

Gladiator title shouldn't be account wide! It's a prestige even gladiator mounts making account wide was stupid but atleast title aren't

Glad titles should be character bound. It's proof of your proficiency with that character alone.
imo I'd be happy with having the gladiator title account wide but as a different Hue, or something that differentiates it to the character that earned it I think that would be fine

titles are something of prestige while mounts are only cosmetics to a degree, i could not care less about mounts, but a title like glad is a different story

not 2 happy about PvP scaling leaving the game it needed fixing .in the past best pvp gear was conquest gear with PvP power/res so every class had the same gear pool from vendor's which meant we had Itam level balance at the moment the gearing system heavily supports pve content .if you do not enjoy pve content and refuse to play pve .then your at a massive disadvantage. which kills pvp credibility. I mean what kind of PvP is this it's like playing cod some players having a assault rifle and your opponent. turning up in a tank .the balance will be bullshit again .since ghostcrawler left PvP has been terrible. what's wrong with PvP gear being better in pvp and having all fully geared players having same Itam level in the name of fairness. the scaling give casual pvpers a fighting chance. were back to 2 shorting PvP players who's put time into their character it bullsh.t
Think about it.. Gladiator title on a newly dinged 60IL gear Holy priest claiming they will boost people for gold etc when they have no skill on that champ. When you get Mythic Achi you know the raid. When you get gladiator you know your champ. SO it's based on the subject of expertise!
