I just spent 2 hrs straight teaching myself how to do it with your help. TY. Pro tip : keep eyes on butt end of car while your doing, helps line up your boost. Also, instead of doing directional air roll, if you have free air roll and powerslide on same button, it helps when you "miss" to keep your direction going even if car is not facing the right direction. literally every speed flip tutorial out there does not work for me
I have even gone as far as to stare at my controller to make sure i am doing the EXACT angles and EXACT timings as all the tutorials say
The result? it does a half brained flip and always points right. easily half as efficient as front flipping for me. Cant figure it out, hard stuck in diamond 2 and cant speed flip lmao

Why has no tutorial about speedflips, mentioned that you should practice it without watching car. Eye reaction is too slow.
Doing it almost blind is what made me actually hitting speedflips with consistency.

In the first part of the video you taught how to diaganol flip without air rolling. Then when you showed how to speed flip on kickoff, you do your diagonal flip with air roll.

is directional air roll a must? currently gc1 i have a good kick off but need to imrpove it for gc2, always used manual air roll since i started really struggle to even contemplate using directional air roll haha
