I am at the station but I have no options for isle of armor or crown tundra. I have the passes though in my bag however I cannot seem to use them. My game has no update

i got the pass but i dont have the option to travel there, i did it on my main profile but on my secondary user profile it is t worki g and i have the pass for both also i got to wild area and been to hullbury but when i go to wedghurst to go to crown or even island of armor its not an option to choose
