If you don't know what you're doing, then why do you keep making walkthroughs?
Most people that do walkthroughs have done it BEFORE they try to show others what to do. NOT WHILE THEY TRY TO FIGURE IT OUT. that's a playthrough not a walkthrough.

What do you do when you kill one of them and you need all three for the last temple what do you do because I killed regirock by accident

I caught it first try

Here's a pretty powerful combo for catching any Pokemon (including Legendaries/Mythicals). Make sure it's night time, have at least 30 Dusk Balls and a Pokemon that can use False Swipe and Thunder Wave (I always use Absol). Enter battle, immediately paralyze the Pokemon you're trying to catch, start whittling down their HP with a Swords Dance/False Swipe combo. Once their HP is in the red start using Dusk Balls. I guarantee you'll catch them significantly faster by doing it this way. When I do this I can usually catch them within the first 10 Dusk Balls and sometimes even sooner. Give it a try next time you're struggling to catch a Legendary or a Mythical Pokemon that you really want. It will be a lot easier you'll see.
