What if you have 50 ping and 10% packet loss on ethernet, completely different settings. I need weapon binds for E/WSDF, I use both side buttons for cone and floor, C is Wall, and G is stair. T is edit. I use scroll wheel reset and pickup. Middle mouse button as pickaxe. V as crouch, A to pickup as well. I have a bad pinky, so I don’t want to use it too much. Please help. 😃

Some REAL advice on fixing ping issues. DO NOT USE POWER-LINE ETHERNET ADAPTERS. They have large issues with electrical interference especially on circuits with high power appliances and devices or running in them. In most cases they make your internet connection WORSE.
Some steps to improve your ping in games.
1. Buy a better WiFi modem. Buying a better modem can actually be better as higher quality WiFi 5 and the new WiFi 6/6E ( WiFi 6/6E is rolling out to newer devices) modems operate on a separate wifi band that reduces the electro magnetic interference from other wifi connections like your neighbours wifi.
2. Mesh WiFi. These use sub-stations that kind of act like cell towers to create a web network over your wifi, these devices have the same technology as a new wifi modem but they act as signal repeaters. Most if not all of these devices have an Ethernet port on them so you can place these around your house and have one next to your device which you can hook up an Ethernet cable to.
3. Getting an Ethernet port installed into your room. You can also get someone to do this for you. How it works is that you have an Ethernet port installed near your router that you plug your router/modem into and have another port, hooked up to that port near your router installed in your room or wherever, you can then play your device into that
3. You can upgrade your internet connection, some internet providers offer speeds but not better servers than other providers. Remember Speed does not equal good ping. For your game to even get to Amazon servers where Fortnite runs off your internet service provider (ISP) needs to route that signal though there network first. So do your research and find a company in your area that has good reviews or ones you know that can provide a good experience.

60 ping is high for you wow, try 120ping in South Africa, id be happy to play on 60 ping. Quick fact.: Did you know Africa is the only large continent without a Fortnite server, actually a server for most games, which funny enough are readily available and sold in the country. why provide a game, make customers pay but can provide the whole experience that the rest of the world receives in order to be competitive, as most games today are competitive…most people would even play for speed runs. The gaming community is rigged, those we claim are the best at games are really not, they are fortunate to be living in a continent/country that game developers obviously favour, honestly disgusting how they frown on a whole continent, likely based on unethical reasons. Another fun fact: Did you know 40% (24 million people) of sub-Saharan Africa's video game playing population were located in South Africa, likely the number is much higher than this as most house holds now have more than 1 device for games and obviously the population is going up by the hour…I wonder how many of them play a free game called Fortnite created by epic games. We honestly give these developers way too much credit. From in-game purchases just from South Africa they make enough to create a Sub-Saharan African/central server which the rest of the continent can enjoy playing the game from, but they don't. The money just goes to these stupid updates that just benefit those who have servers near them and since Africans mainly use Euro or Middle East servers likely to the car prices for their competitions…can't even be a content creator in South Africa without looking like an idiot at this point losing to a 9 year old whether you're on builds/no-builds mode.
